Environmental monitoring in any context
Data Service (DS) is the environmental monitoring system developed by Softech that allows for simultaneous management of multiple noise, air quality and meteorological conditions measurement stations.
Born as a solution for construction sites, it is now used in all those contexts in which it is necessary to carry out temporary or permanent monitoring: mines, parks, infrastructure constructions, cities especially near sensitive places such as schools and hospitals.
DS is an easy-to-use tool, designed to help “non-specialists” or those who do not intend to invest in purchasing a monitoring system in the management of problems related to noise pollution or air quality.
It can be provided both as a cloud service and as an “on-premises” configuration and is compatible with devices such as PCs, laptops, tablets and smartphones and all major web browsers.
Equipped with a simple, intuitive eye-catching web interface, as well as a series of customizable elements, it allows a high level of stakeholder involvement.
Some features:
- Noise levels, air quality, weather conditions in real time displayed on a map or graphs
- Air quality detection (volatile organic compounds (VOC), formaldehyde, ozone, PM1, PM2.5, PM10, carbon dioxide, etc.)
- Sonogram and frequency graphs; Averaging over a period chosen by the user
- Assignment and management of the site’s acoustic classes
- Calculation of averages and regulatory indicators on a period chosen by the user
- Management of alerts and alarms (exceeding of thresholds, disconnection of stations, etc.)
- History of the location of the stations during the measurement campaigns
- Weather conditions both in historical and Real-Time mode
- Customizable search filters
- Support Google Maps location display
- Identification and storage of noise thresholds exceeded with all acoustic parameters (audio files included)
- Real-time listening and audio note recording
- Data, reports and graphics can be exported in the most common standard formats (xlsx, PDF, PNG, etc.)
Noise campaigns with a smartphone? Yes, with DS APP!
Available for Android and IOS devices, the DS APP allows you to record noise events or even entire noise campaigns in 3 simple steps:
- Activate your smartphone’s recorder
- Collect the data
- Send them to the DS who will analyze and handle them as if they came from a normal control unit
